Vision & Site Conditions
This family wanted to replace a cracked, dated concrete stoop with a welcoming, durable entry. The goal was a natural-stone look that boosts curb appeal and handles Delaware weather without pooling or heaving.

Design & Material Spec
We planned a dimensional stone landing with precise cuts, rock-faced step caps for texture, and a neutral gray palette to match the home. The design includes proper pitch for drainage, reinforced risers, and a clean landing sized for safe footing and a new handrail.

Build & Results
We removed the failing surface, set a stable base, and installed the stone landing and caps with tight joints and correct slope away from the house. The new railing adds safety and finishes the look. The result is a crisp, low-maintenance stoop that elevates the home's entrance year-round.
