Vision & Site Conditions
The homeowner wanted an all-in-one outdoor hangout: a durable patio with built-in seating, a fire feature for cool evenings, and a clean walkway that ties everything together for a low-maintenance and made to last outdoor space.

Design & Material Spec
We laid out a flowing patio and walkway using a modular paver pattern in cool gray tones with a contrasting charcoal soldier-course border. The plan integrated a round fire pit and curved seat walls with smooth caps, plus a gentle 1–2% slope away from the home for drainage. Polymeric sand joints and proper base specs were included for stability and easy upkeep.

Build & Results
We excavated and installed a compacted stone base, screeded the bedding layer, and set multi-size pavers in a random modular pattern. Curves were hand-cut for a precise fit, then a charcoal border was installed to frame the walkway and patio. The round fire pit and matching curved seat walls were built with capped tops. Joints were set with polymeric sand and the surface compacted and cleaned—resulting in a crisp, long-lasting space ready for daily use and weekend fires.
